Log into your
IAMS Console.
Select
ORDER ENTRY
to begin a new order.
Select existing or new customer and proceed to the
Order Form.
Submit the order form and proceed to the
Credit Card Form.
Submit the credit card form and view the
Order Confirmation
That's all there is to it. You can now view the order and all processing
details by clicking the
ORDERS button
on your left in the console.
From the summary page you can click on a purchase order number to view the
Order Detail
page.
Of course there is a lot more you can do with the IAMS console: add an Internet store, track orders, monitor store stats, print invoices, make refunds, and take advantage of the many fraud prevention features built-in.

Get paid the easy way by taking credit cards.
In your IAMS console you'll find links to every resource you'll need to manage orders
and process credit cards. All of the order information is kept in a database table
dedicated to your account. Each order you enter is automatically linked to the built-in
virtual terminal for all of your credit card processing needs. The links on the
left will demonstrate the order entry and billing process using the IAMS console.
The console processes credit cards in real time. Use like a card swipe machine
at a fraction of the cost or use with the PeddleGold storefront to open your
Internet store or do both, all for one low price.

The IAMS console takes the hassle out of taking credit cards.
You'll save plenty of time making entries if this order is from an existing
customer. With this form you can retrieve the customer information using either
a prior order number or the customer's name. For a new customer, go direct to
the order form.

The console collects all of the information you'll need.
This next page is a form for shipping details and order information. If this
was an existing customer, the name and address fields will already be filled in.
Here you can add a memo, for instance: for packaging and shipping as a gift to
some other address.

The item entry portion is straight forward and will automatically add tax and
shipping costs where required and compute the total. Price entries can use
any currency. The amounts will be automatically converted to US Dollars for
credit card processing.
There is no credit check to qualify for an IAMS account.
In as little as 2 days you can begin taking credit cards.
This is the form for entering the customer's credit card information. To save
time, the customer's name and address information will be automatically filled
in using the shipping information. These entries can be changed before submitting
the form.
This form has numerous built-in validity checks, making it hard to make a mistake.
For instance the card number will be checked to eliminate possible typo errors and
the date fields will be validated. Note here that at the top is the order amount
in whatever currency you use. To reduce your costs though, amounts are processed
in US$.

Once the customer's credit card information is submitted, a real time process will
validate the information and authorize the charge to the customer's account. Along
with all order and cc transaction information entered to your database, you'll
receive an e-mail notice of the order and your customer will receive an e-mail
confirmation.

Complete order information is available instantly.
This is a 2 month summary of your orders. Here you can enter a date in the Shipped
field to enable the capture of funds to your account. The status field lets you
know when the funds are captured. Clicking on a purchase order number will take
you to a page of detailed order information and credit card processing results.

This is the order detail page. At the top are a variety of links for operations
related to this order. For instance, you can print a shipping invoice or process
a return transaction.
Below that are the details related to the order, including shipping and
credit card addresses with a list of items sold and amounts charged.
At the bottom is a record of the credit card transaction. There are
a variety of links and resources available for your use in fraud prevention.

The IAMS account application is simple: you will have to answer some basic questions and
provide us a little information about your business. You'll need a valid credit
card¹ and a checking account where we send payment by check² to settle
your account. There is no credit check and no application charge. We welcome

A basic contract will be e-mailed to you for your review and return before
activating the IAMS account and billing your credit card.
1) Billing is done quarterly at 91 day intervals. The minimum subscription for
IAMS service is 3 months at $54.00. There is no setup charge.
2) Checks to settle your account are mailed monthly on or before the 10th of the
month following your sales. There is no service charge for sending checks.
